Christa + Kyle

We've known Kyle and Christa for awhile now and we were honored that they asked us to film their wedding this summer. Kyle and Christa share this insane and electric chemistry and their laughter and joy for life overflowed throughout the day. They care deeply for those closest to them and their wedding was a projection of this. Our favorite detail from the day was the seating chart: the couple used unique photos of each guest with the bride and groom, and then put their corresponding table number on it. How sweet is this? Also, as a surprise to the mother of the groom, the groom recorded a song from his childhood for their first dance. These are just a few examples of how Kyle and Christa used this day to honor their friends and family. Throughout the day, we cried, laughed, and felt an immense amount of gratitude for authentic couples like Kyle and Christa.

Mary + Sevren

We have been looking forward to this wedding for quite some time now. Sevren approached us a few months ago with this crazy idea. He said, "I want to buy cheap suits, ride jetskiis with my groomsmen and I want you to be there to film it." We were sold from there on out.

Mary met Sev in her freshman year of college. She was lost, Sev gave her some directions, and they've been together ever since. Their wedding was filled with a deep sense of love, which was something we really admired throughout the weekend. Mary and Sev seem to effortlessly exude kindness and we're thankful for the opportunity to capture their special day.

This was definitely a wedding for the books. Cheers to couples who love deeply and dance hard!

Natalie + Ulises

Let's just talk about this wedding for a second. There was a ferris wheel, a cartoonist, a stilt walker, a clown, a fortune teller and nitro freeze popcorn as a late night snack. Everything was so carefully coordinated and thought through. Kudos to Jackie Johnson and 24 carrots for throwing such a seamless wedding! Natalie and Ulises share such a special relationship, which is so evident in this short film. We're grateful for our jobs and the opportunity to capture such dear memories with our couple's closest friends and families.

Indigo + Leather

Gosh, we can't say enough good things about this shoot! We we're so grateful to work with such a talented team. Katie Pritchard and Alex Choura, from Goodheart Design, dreamed up the idea of an indigo and leather inspired wedding. The rest of the vendors joined in on the idea and created such an awesome shoot. See the full post on Green Wedding Shoes!

Morgan + Mikel

These babes got married and we couldn't be more excited for them. Their wedding was filled with so many handmade details, from green flower crowns to homemade donuts and macarons. Not to mention the best bridesmaid's hair we've ever seen—we're all about those braids! Morgan and Mikel had the sweetest wedding and it was obvious how much their guests loved and cherished them. We feel honored to be apart of this one and we are so excited to share it with you here.

Falliday Party

Golden Pines Paper Company hosts their annual "Falliday" party in La Mirada, California, which features several artist vendors, live music, tasty food and delicious coffee. We were lucky to be apart of it!

Alyx + Stephen

This was one of those weddings that you'll think about for years. Alyx and Stephen thought through everything—the surprise band, the house shaped cake filled with rainbow coloring, gold confetti, handmade signage, specially designed hot sauce for every table, hanging lanterns, etc. Their wedding was nothing short of amazing. To see all of their wedding photos, view the Green Wedding Shoes post here. We're honored to call these two friends!
